Utilizing all information gathered in our property evaluation process and in accordance with your own risk tolerances, we will quickly develop and update as required, a Strategic Recovery Plan for your asset. Our plan is the foundation upon which we can provide effective and achievable asset recovery in a timely manner. Recognizing the urgency of a solution, RN Realty is committed to obtaining results. • Instituting and managing the disposition/recovery process.
• Establishing and implementing leasing goals and objectives.
• Property and facility management.
• Timely receipt of all revenues as well as providing timely financial information.
• Monitoring of lease terms to ensure charges are properly billed and collected and all feasible lease modifications/renewals are investigated and pursued.
• Performing regular on-site inspections.
