RN Realty has negotiated approximately $100 million in property financing. As a component of our comprehensive asset management services, we will assume lender reporting and loan management responsibilities. We interact directly with the lender to facilitate the payment and management of loans, property tax, insurance, and other escrow accounts.

Our escrow account management includes general oversight, familiarity with specific terms and covenants, expenditure tracking, processing disbursements from lenders to owners, and performing timely reporting. We are also available to advise and assist in refinancing and other investment strategies.
