Property Accounting + Tenant Billing

Our experienced staff - armed with a fully integrated real estate management
and accounting software package - is prepared to manage all facets of property
accounting and tenant billing. We carefully build and monitor each tenant account,
noting the billing variables for net and percentage leases, structured increases,
expenses to be passed through, and work orders. This is followed by a commitment
to timely and accurate billing and collections. All collected monies are properly
accounted for, deposited, and reported.

Facilities Management

Property Managers oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including
supervision of the building staff, scheduling of contract services and facilities
maintenance and repair. In addition, RN Realty works with ownership to implement
preventative maintenance programs, thereby preserving the structural and aesthetic
integrity of the property.
Phones are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an on-call engineering
and management staff ready to respond to any emergency situation that may arise.

Tenant Relations

RN Realty recognizes the importance of open communication and responsiveness in
the tenant-landlord relationship. Our management personnel is available to
coordinate, prioritize, and respond to tenants' questions and concerns. During
business hours, we personally answer all tenant calls, and strive to resolve any
issues in an efficient and effective manner. After hours, calls are directed to a
24-hour answering service, with on-call personnel available in the event of an
emergency.
